Terms of Service

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission.

Service descriptions, prices, and durations on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Appointments and payments are made through our third-party provider, Booksy, and are subject to Booksy's terms. Hairdressing results vary by hair type, history, and condition and cannot be guaranteed.

As a courtesy to us and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment; cancellations and any deposits are handled through Booksy according to its policies.

Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medications, or prior chemical treatments before service. A patch test may be recommended for color or chemical services. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, and services are accepted at your own discretion.

The Site's content, including text, photographs of our work, logo, and design, is owned by Hair by Karina and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

The Site links to and relies on third-party services such as Booksy, Instagram, and Facebook. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Hair by Karina and its owner and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hair by Karina, its owner, and staff from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
